Essay EL310

If you are not cheating, you are not trying

The world is just filled with people who will tell you that the best way to be successful in life is to work hard in school so that you can get a good job and then make your way up the work force ladder until you reach the top. For a while, this may work. But if everyone were able to do this, then everyone would be at the top and there wouldn’t be anyone working under them. The truth… only a few actually reach their goals through honest hard work. A much easier and faster way to achieve success both in school and work is to simply—cheat. By putting everything you’ve got into cheating and getting around the rules, you will reach your goals in no time and leave everyone else in the dust.
Learning subjects and studying hard may help some students earn good grades, but proper and innovative cheating will achieve those same goals and with only a fraction of the work. You could study for a test on a certain book, reading it over and over again until you know it backwards and forwards, but why bother? It takes up too much time online. Just print those out and read them; they give you all you need to know.  And the homework teachers give you… please! Find the smart kids in the class and copy their notes or homework. You don’t need to study something really hard when you are never going to use it in life. It is far more efficient to do the minimum amount and cheat on the rest.
Once people are out of school and into the work force, many believe that hard work and honest labor will help them to advance in life. But really, cheating and lying will result in higher pay and more opportunities for advancement. You can work for 14 hours a day, five days a week, and slowly climb up the work ladder. Or you can walk around the office, take others' ideas and work, and pass it off as your own. No one will know the difference. Or better yet, bluff. Say something that sounds really smart when, in fact, it means absolutely nothing. What will learning about the information for a project help you to do in a year? That’s right, nothing! It’s far better to take credit for other people’s work and make it look like your own.
Stepping over others and finding ways around rules and regulations is an excellent way to succeed at life. People who actually work hard, learn their subjects, and study to become more proficient at what they do are simply wasting their time and effort. Only when something really needs to get done or when deadlines and goals must be met will those who work hard and honestly be recognized for their skills and abilities. Cheaters, on the other hand, will have those around them thinking how clever and resourceful they are; how they never seem to know anything, but always seem to get ahead. And if cheaters are ever caught, they can always pull the ultimate bamboozlement—blame someone else.

Dear Mr.Batdorj,
I am a senior at the Science Information Communication Technology interested in interviewing for a job as a IT-man with . I believe that Information Technology(IT) park has the ideal technologies in which to pursue my goal of becoming an innovative and responsible network administrator and contributing to ITD company's outstanding record as a center for exhibition and discussion of security and antimalwares.
Academically, my extensive course work in the art history department at the State University has allowed me to gain an understanding and appreciation for the technology your company exhibits. I also have studied several network based courses , including. As a part of that class, I worked for the National Museum security strategies, as well as other institutions, in an effort to discover the most effective and efficient manner to promote their upcoming events. This rewarding experience working for the National Museum sharpened my desire to continue in this field and helped me develop the tools I need to be an effective network administrator. I have also been able to spend time working for the Museum alone, which has further strengthened my concentrating skills.
My previous summer work experience as an engineer of network for the Central Tower, as well as my experience working for my school, have provided me with a strong base of information communication knowledge and helped me learn how to develop and work on several projects at once, write about a diverse range of topics, work quickly and efficiently, and further developed my interest in becoming a better IT man.

Modulation process
The shaping of a signal to convey information is know  as modulation.
Modulation can be used to represent a digital message as an  analogue waveform.
This is know as keying and several keying techniques exist (these include phase shift keying frequency shift keying and amplitude shift keying )
Modulation can also be used to transmit the information of analogue signals at higher frequency
This is helpful because low frequency analogue signals cannot be effect transmitted over free space
Hence the information from a low frequency analogue signal must be superimposed on a higher frequency signal (know as a carrier wave) before transmission.
There are several different modulation available to achieve this (two of the most basic being amplitude modulation and frequency modulation ).
An example of this process in action is a DJ'S voice being superimposed on a 96 mHz carrier wave using frequency modulation (the voice would then be received on a radio as the channel 90 FM )

If i were a teacher

If I were a Teacher

When I was young, I was fond of playing the role of a teacher. I would imagine aclass of children in front of me, a black board on the wall and myself - an ideal teacher.Everything was imaginary except the ruler in my hand.If I were a teacher, I would give greater importance to example that to precept. Iwould make the children understand the worth of polite speech and decent behaviour. I wouldnever go late to class, i would avoid taking casual leave as far as possible. When I would enter the class I would bid them the time an expect them to bid me inreturn. ‘Good morning, children’ would be the beginning of the day. I would plan the lessonwell and ensure that every child had understood the day’s topic. I would give special attentionto the weaker students, unlike some teachers who only care for the clever children andneglect the below average ones. I would consider it my duty to analyse and solve the problems of every child without any partiality.I would not approve of learning by heart. I would try to make every lesson interesting by giving practical examples from every day life. The children would be encouraged tocollect information from newspapers and magazines. I would encourage the children to participate in games, sports and cultural activities. It would be my principle never to make any personal remark which would hurt anychild’s feelings. I would never tolerate selfishness, rudeness or dishonesty. I would encouragethem to love their home members and their friends, and make them happy.Throughout my career as a teacher, my air would be to instil in every child real andnoble values of life and mound him into a responsible and productive citizen of the world.

DOs and DONTs

DOs and DONTs

Every year during the fall semester, I receive hundreds of e-mails from eager students inquiring about graduate school at Penn’s Graduate School of Education. As I am a firm believer in responding to every student who contacts me, I answer each one (I remember what it was like to e-mail faculty and not get a response).
I usually give the same advice to all students—some get more than others, depending on their questions. Most of the questions are about the graduate student essay, including what to write and what not to write. I thought I’d make a list of my do’s and don’ts for graduate essays. Feel free to disagree or add to my list.
MB’s Dos and Don’ts:
• Don’t quote Dr. Seuss in your essay or any other children’s characters. I love Dr. Seuss but I’ve read at least a hundred essays with Dr. Seuss quotes—they’re not new.
• Don’t write a general essay. You need to write for the program and school. They all have a different flavor and a bland, generic essay is very obvious to faculty.
• Make a connection with a couple faculty members in the program of interest. Show the ways that you connect to their work and what you hope to learn from them.
• Have an idea in mind in terms of what you are interested in conducting research on but don’t be too rigid. Remember you are going to graduate school to learn and open your mind.
• Don’t say you are interested in everything that every faculty member in the program does. That’s impossible and will make you look like you’re all over the place.
• Don’t send in an essay with another school’s name in it. Proof read. Please proof read.
• Don’t talk about how your test scores don’t represent the extent of your abilities. Instead, if your test scores aren’t as high as you wish they were, make the rest of your application as stellar as possible. Don’t apologize—shine!
• Do discuss your interests and your reasons for having those interests.  Be concrete and avoid countless abstract thoughts.
• Don’t gush about faculty members with whom you want to work. State your reasons and be professional. Try to avoid the use of “love.” I’m serious.
• Don’t use jargon and big words, especially when you don’t know how to properly use them. Keep your essay simple and straightforward and make your point.
• Remember that a lot of people are applying to graduate school so look for positive ways to make you stand above the crowd.
Good luck!

My secret dream...

My secret dream...

From the day I knew why I came into the world to so far and even in future, which making me different from others. It is a goal, an aim, a direction for my life. It is not strange from outside, but from inside. It is to be a philosopher.
Perhaps no one believes that there has philosopher in such modern society. I have to tell you, however, today's civilization is based on people's labor, yes, and it is, but which is not only on the physical labor, the more important is on the mental labor----the thought. If there is no thought on the earth, what will happen? I can't imagine such a devastating scene and I think no one would be willing to fancy.
What we inherit from our ancestors are wealth, knowledge and dream----our ancesotrs' dream. They devoted themselves to building our society, which was not for themselves but for the descendants. They had viewed it because their society existed some outstanding philosophers. That's why their society had been developed.
There were times when I fall in my knees but the environment and people has been helping me. But still they don't know about it.
As long as philosophy exists My secret dream exists...

Essay 1 the person who i admire

The Person Who I admire

My brother is the person who I admire the most. His name is Byambadorj. When the time comes for help, he is always there for me. Not only he is reliable but kind and demanding. From the time I've been living he's been a great model to copy. If I challenge my skills he's always ready like some wall to overcome... His life can be a good example of a person who has suffered a lot, but never asked for help as asking for help was symbol of weakness for him. He's 3 years older than me.
After all I know him since I was born, but I’ve understand him during last 5 or 6 years. He always advices me  that “Don’t feel helpless in life and laziness is not something you inherit, it's one of your thousands of reasons to give up on some work, sleep or something.
He said this to me when I was in 7th grade.  And I thought he just wanted me to do his houseworks. But I was completely wrong!!! Now I figured out the meaning of the word... and working my hardest to keep up with him.
Last year he took the IELTS exam and took 7 points out of 9. Now He is in Finland to study more and more. Sometimes I get a feeling that I'll never be able to reach him.  But I'll never give up on something. Those are the things I learned from my brother.
Those who can drive you to you ambition, who can lead you to light, whom you can trust most..   Those people are the ones.
Finally, the person you admire doesn't have to be yout blood relatives or your friends. Remember that!!!
Love you brother...
